He has successfully led high-value, multi-stakeholder initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic priorities, regulatory frameworks and operational demands. His expertise spans program governance, risk management and delivery assurance within complex public sector landscapes.
Backed by a technical foundation in mainframe development — including COBOL and Natural/ADABAS — Navroze brings a deep understanding of mission-critical enterprise systems and their integration with modern platforms, enabling him to bridge executive and technical domains and drive successful outcomes.

Christina has with a strong background in public sector administration and operational delivery within government environments.
She brings extensive experience managing complex, process-driven functions, with a focus on accuracy, compliance and efficient service delivery. Richard is a senior full-stack engineer and architect who helps organisations design and build scalable systems, data platforms and cloud solutions.
With 10+ years’ experience across Azure, AWS and GCP, he works end-to-end—from architecture through to implementation—covering application development, data engineering and platform design. He has worked on systems of national significance, building secure, resilient platforms in high-stakes environments.
His work focuses on solving complex technical problems with practical, maintainable solutions that improve performance, reduce operational overhead, and enable growth.
